SERVICE MANAGER - AUTOMOTIVE

One of the leading Automotive company is looking for a Service Manager- Automotive to join their dynamic and fast growing team. The ideal candidate should be an image builder for the Service Department and present a picture of faith and confidence.
Job Description
Polite reception to the customers.
Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
Job cards opening and delivery of vehicles.
Confer with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work order for needed repairs
Prepare a repair order showing time, cost, and labor estimates for service
Post service follow up and analysis
Write a brief description of the problem on the repair order to help the mechanic locate the problem
Ensure quality of workmanship and committed delivery schedule.
Regularly follow up with Workshop controller and technicians on customer vehicles and update Customers regularly on the job progress and ensure delivery of the vehicle at the promised time
Candidate Specification
Experience 3 years
Education Level Diploma Level
Qualifications Software
Equipment Industry related
Knowledge Of automotive industry, technical instruments
Skills To Strong analytical, communication, inter-personal skills, leadership skills
Ability To understand customer needs, provide standard customer service
Personality Hard working, trust- worthy, integrit
